Each faux taxidermy item is made to order. Our current lead time is 2-4 business days (beginning on the day you order). If you need the item sooner or need to make sure you or your recipient receives it by a certain date, please email us at email@example.com to let us know when you need it. We are always as accommodating as we can be. We are often last minute shoppers ourselves, or just impatient - we know how it is when you want something quickly.
Large orders may not be able to be completed within this time frame because each item is made to order and quality cannot be compromised for speed. Customers purchasing large quantities are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering for potential bulk discounts and timing.
We love making custom orders! Have a specific color in mind? We can customize any of our faux taxidermy pieces ANY color. Instead of having a color chart that can limit your creativity, we can work with absolutely any color. Just message us with a general color you have in mind or even an exact shade, and we will create your Near and Deer faux taxidermy wall mount with the exact custom color of your choice. The deer head and antlers can even be different colors – let your imagination go wild!

What if Something Goes Wrong?
If for some reason you do have any issue with your purchase, we will correct it immediately. We also have a hassle free return policy, so you can shop with confidence. If the home décor piece you purchase is not exactly what you wanted or you just changed your mind, we will happily return or exchange it for you. We treat our customers how we want to be treated. If you decide the send the item back, just pay return shipping (and purchase insurance) and we will refund you when we receive it. Call or email us at any time. We will respond as fast as we can. Customer service is our #1 priority!
Missing or Wrong Item
Although our standard for quality is uncompromising, there have been rare incidents when our team has made a mistake on an order. If you received your package and something was missing from your order, don't worry - we'll take care of it quickly and hassle-free!
All you need to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number handy. As soon as we receive your information and verify the error, we will issue an immediate replacement shipment with the missing item. Before you know it, your full order will be in your hands!
Broken or Defective Item
Although we package our products with extreme care, there are some times when products break in shipping. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item from us, don't worry - we'll take care of it quickly and hassle-free!
Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging it arrived in. We will need this information to verify damage and file a damage with the shipping carrier. As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly issue your refund or replacement, and you'll be taken care of!
